  • Discared frying oil - Our Choice

    Fom March 2023, the oil we use for frying our beautiful polpette & panzerotti, when exhausted, is donated to Boavista and transformed in solid dish soap. In this way, we help a bit, being actively part of the solution and not the pollution.
